Bob Haller chaired the meeting.

- Review of minutes for November 5
- Approved as submitted.

- Announcements
            - EIA Call for Patent Disclosure
- No company declared any patents.

- AR Review
- Bob Ross has sent a letter to Atul, but has not received
a reply.
- Lynne sent email to Bob Haller on table summing for I-V=20
non-monotonic checking
- Todd's documentation has been received.
- Kim's documentation received but not posted yet.
- Lynne created text versions of all documentation received;
Bob H. has posted these to the IBIS Quality web site.
- Still some open ARs for remaining documents.

AR: Lynne and Roy to get style guide from Charlotte Leventhal.

- Opens for new items
- Plans for DesignCon Summit?  Barry will present status and
overview of the documentation.
- Bob Ross ran grep on ibischk3 3.2.9, found about 500 errors
and warnings (>1000 messages).

- Parser BUG Updates
- Received Lynne's updates to Bug 71.  Bob H. will make the
changes and submit them by Thursday for discussion at Open
Forum on Friday.  There has been a lot of discussion on this
thread this week in ibis reflector.
- Bob Ross received the bug submitted by Roy.  Tentatively
Bug 78.  Needs a clearly defined algorithm for detecting
double-counted clamps for coding that is applicable to all
logic technologies.
- Bug for Test Load (Vmeas, etc.) has been posted as Bug 74.

- Documentation
- Documents received have been uploaded, both Word and text
now available for download.
- Everyone used different formats, file naming conventions, etc.
Making them more consistent would help Lynne.  Tables did not=20
extract cleanly to text format. Courier font is a standard
fixed-width font.  Limit line lengths to 76 characters.
- Next step is to update formats in existing documents.  Rename
files to iq-<section_name>.

AR, ALL: Continue reviewing new ones as they come in.  Feedback
directly to authors.

- General discussion
- IBIS 4 parser being funded through parser purchases.  No
funding for changes to ibischk3. If companies want bugs fixed,
they are welcome to submit changes to the code, but that
requires having the source code.
- bugdir.txt (bottom of page at
http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/bugs/ibischk/)
lists all bugs with titles, including their status.

- Plans for next meeting
